Try installing smanager 1.3.4 on a different folder & redo again.

From the Help file (Help, Contents): "Pin D12 can be used as a 0-5V analog input. Note that the ECU must have a 0.1uF capacitor in C42 for the ECU to read the voltage correctly. "

The Voltage on startup is normal.
My Battery was relocated to Boot, I put new wires (thicker) & did proper grounding (-)ev Terminal of Battery to the body,chasis & to the engine at different locations. So far the problem has not surfaced.

How does the ECU control boost by gear feature in "S300 with boost control" how does the ecu knows which gear my car is running in. I am curious to know is there any other modifications involved?
