Re: VCC3 for 5 volt reference

Thanks, I'm talking about a v1 kpro not s300, maybe you just mistyped though.

VCC3 for 5 volt reference

Can I depin and add a pin in e5 to supply 5v to a fuel pressure sensor or do I just need to tap the current wire? What sensors does vcc3 provide a 5v reference for?

Also, is there any way to use a 5 volt input to datalog a fuel pressure sensor on Hondata v1?

Re: Custom Sensor for AIM Dash

Correction, the Honeywell sensors should start at .5 volts. For some reason the sensors aren't working in Kpro, I've triple checked my wiring, the sensors are receiving 5 volts from the ECU. What's strange is that when I rename the sensors and then create a new value on the display tab in Kpro the ...

Custom Sensor for AIM Dash

I have 3 sensors on analog channels that I'd like to setup to read in the AIM dash, emap, boost pressure, and fuel pressure. I need help calculating the multiplier and offset for the three sensors in AIM Racestudio. I've read a couple threads, but not grasping what I need to do. Thanks!

emap is AEM ...

Re: k24a 3584 Basemap Help

Pulled a little fuel out, much better on the bogging upon boost, but going lean then rich upon hitting boost. Kal and Log attached. Also reduced the "bunny hopping" with the acceleration smooth retard, currently set at 30, but still doing it a bit. How do I got about reducing the lean spike right ...

Re: k24a 3584 Basemap Help

Nice build. I enjoy tuning k swapped cars. It’s the new version of the GM LS. Ideally you want to start with a new calibration file as you can end up chasing your tail.

I will take a look at the logs and let you what I see.

Do you plan to get this car tuned in the future or are you trying to ...

Re: AIM MXS Strada and Kpro Oil Pressure

Did anyone ever solve this? Having the same issue, imagine it requires an edit to the CAN Protocol. My AEM sensor is reading 8-9 PSI with key on engine off, the Autometer 2246 is reading 10 psi with key on engine off. Voltage and Pressure values in the custom input table in KPro have no impact on ...

Re: k24a 3584 Basemap Help

Got the car to idle, but might have a vacuum leak I need to track down. Adjusted low speed cam fuel table at idle, updated Kal and Log attached. It needed a lot more fuel for some reason, originally was idling around 17:1, got it to idle closer to 14:1, but idle is a bit rough, does anyone see ...

Re: Lean Condition after Warm Up

Didn't capture it due to being on a road course during a track day. Same symptoms as the previous issue with logs attached, AFR all of a sudden spikes between 17:1-19:1, when I pulled off the track I looked at my Fuel Pressure gauge and it was reading right under 50 PSI.

Re: Lean Condition after Warm Up

Still seeing this issue intermittently, what other sensors help control fuel in open loop, IAT, MAP, and ECT?

Re: k24a 3584 Basemap Help

I realized the MIL is related to a new Low/High boost switch I recently installed, using e29 SCS pin. When I set it to low boost SCS and MIL are on, when I turn to high boost SCS and MIL turn off. I imagine I need to invert the output? Should SCS be on when I'm in high boost?

Re: Lean Condition after Warm Up

Tuner had vss set to constant speed for some reason, it's reading 49 MPH or 78 kph, that is one thing I changed when I reuploaded the kal after I caught it. I had noticed my reverse lockout I had wired up via nitrous control was always locked, which is how I caught it.

Re: MIL On No Codes

E29 SCS, looks like it might be related, when I turn the switch on the "low boost" setting I see SCS illuminate and the MIL sensor status turns on. When I flip to "high boost" SCS turns off, MIL turns off. Have you seen this before?
