From the graph view there shows steady upward slope in injector M/S and that is when i was at full throttle but the boost building very slowly and engine sounded as if it was missing.

Boost almost freezes as accelerating through 5 psi, boost continues to increase but engine sounds like its missing until finally reaches 8 psi.

Cannot tell if its wastegate starting to open or what but car shudders at highway speeds in full throttle building to full boost.

Running 8psi right now.

Last few times whenever it has throw this code the temp was maybe above 200 but the dash temp gauge was not showing overtemp.

IS there anything wrong with the tune or datalog that you could tell?

Was getting overheat code 11 intermittently and it would never actually stay on after car was shut off. Car also shudders when accelerating under boost at highway speeds before getting to 8 psi (running 8 psi spring in wastegate).

I just figured out today that the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator to manifold was broken and falling off I suspect this was cause of being able to build boost yesterday then suddenly it would only build 3-5 psi max.

I set the temperature overheat to 225. It usually takes few days to get to throw CEL code but I did data log this tonight which may help.

The car on display setting shows temperature in red if its over 200 F it appears. Not sure if it thinks maybe it is overheating when its actually not?

But what about the boost cut temp is it ok for it to be at 150 F ??

The protection parameter is set at 212 F but the boost cut cold/hot was set at 150.

Also it was freezing and cutting boost when CEL came on so would that not mean that the cold/hot boost temp was too low?

However the boost cold/hot temperature was set at 150 F *(changed it to 199 F) and when check engine light would go off it would cut the boost and would have the rpm freeze.

S300 keep getting check engine light engine overheat code 11.

When i shut car off and turn it back on the code is gone, so it does not stay on after shutting car off and then driving it again.

Every time have this code now the engine temperature is fine and there is no steam or anything like that ...
