As others, I have been caught out by this. I Have not used the car for a couple of months go to an event take the laptop to datalog etc, and get locked out and cannot do anything until I update.

Leave the warning message, but do not lock out the software please. Hondata is better than this, its so ...

I would like to add and log an additional sensor through my S300.

I can see that both the TPS and MAP sensors are supplied with 5v via two different pins.

Are they supplied by the same 5v suppply internally from the ECU or two separate supplies?

What is the total available load of the 5V supply ...

A simple thing you can do is lift slightly, then you have no concerns of high egts and running on the limiter.

Just a thought.

What about on say a Windows Phone would this be possible? or an app developed for such purpose?

When Datalogging direct to a lap top the datalog is automatically saved, i.e with a file name such as date/time or incremental in a tempory folder.

I was on the Dyno this weekend datalogged a pull but unfortantly forgot to save the datalog before turning off the lap top by the time I realised I ...

I cannot look at your datalog here [at work] but the injectors shut off on overrun, have you got the tps set up correctly? and the settings for the overrun setup correctly.

As I run a Honda in a Kit car and it has rather small wheels, Hondata reads approx 15% higher on speed. A potential problem I see is the maximum wheelspeed value for example nitrous control. This apears to max out at 157mph. I could be getting close to this in a years time ...

The overrun injector shut off is adjaustable,

Couldnt you just set that to 0% and a very large delay figure thereby bypassing that feature. From a read of the help file it would apear to be possible.

Yes it does you can set minimum and maximum TPS condition along with rpms, speed and load for the sensor overlay.

Injector Test mode. Applicable to 1 or all 4 injectors

Megasquirt ECU system gives you this option where you can set the pulse width of the injector, and set an output interval, for example 1ms pulse every 1000ms. allows to test the injectors etc but I found another proposed use for it to help ...

What sort of voltage would cause a problem?

Checked the voltage and looks like I do have a small voltage drop from the battery to the ECU to investigate but its only small, but obviously will be worse when cranking. Going to invest in a new main battery cable in the next few weeks.

I Get an Intermitant problem which has been occuring ever since I started running S300 some three years ago, sometimes I can go for months and not expriance it, other times it will happen a couple of times a day.

I ran 1.4.3 and 1.4.4 fine as an every day driver myself, 1.4.4 had an update I questioned hondata for on the behaviour on the nitrous 3 output not saving correctly on 1.4.3 and they updated it just before a drag meet for me and I used 1.4.4 to great effect.
