Can anybody tell me what i should do i would greatly appreciate it

i have v1 s300 has been working fine since i brought it (mostly operated by my tuner ) . I went to raise my launch control last night and for some reason it wouldnt allow me to do so and now im getting a red light next to the usb port and the car wont start.
