So your saying that I'm on the right path with my thought? I would see better gains from my mods with k100 than I would with a simple reflash. If I were to change anything after that I could have the dealer reflash my k100 right? thanks again Spunkster.

Ok, here's the deal. I want to do the ECU upgrade, but I'm not sure which way to go yet. If I'm understanding the info on the main Hondata site, then the Reflash is tuned to optimal settings with just CAI.
