Lastly, what should the order of the lights be on the s300 be if I’m not trying to do on board datalogging. Just so I know what to look for if I repaired the solders correctly.

Also, it there a way to check if my solder makes a good connection with the board using a multimeter or something?

Should I just desolder and resolder them? Or do you think the board is damaged? Also what part is the eeprom? Is that the small chip that I soldered in?

The S300 light sequence is as follows: Plug in usb cable to laptop, then to s300 -> D4 in top right corner lights up solid green -> D2 illuminated green for about 1 second -> then D2 turns red and begins flashing rapidly.

Also, The car is throwing a code but when I try to jump the connector down by the passenger footwell, the cel on the dash does not flash... Could I have damaged the ecu?

I socketed the ECU.

I just tried setting the rev limiter to 1700 rpm. I uploaded the tune to the ecu and it was ineffective. The laptop is not communicating with the ecu and the ecu is not communicating with the laptop.
