Another interesting data point (but perhaps not relevant), the car seems fine when we run in a straight line. We are only experiencing this issue at the exit of a hard corner.

Could it be that the rich condition is being caused by the flow restriction of the supertrapp muffler we added after the car was tuned (it is running open loop)? I will pull the muffler and do some more test pulls to see if that corrects the AFR issues you identified.

Turns out the 2 problems were related. The TPS was installed incorrectly, so it wasn't giving a proper signal. Once the TPS was fixed and gave a reading the o2 sensor started acting normally.
