just letting you guys know,

i was able to fix the problem yesterday...the issue was that apparently with the upgrade of the k-manager software from an older version to the new one (via check for updates in k-manager) it upgraded the program, but some files seemed to have gotten corrupt.

also forgot to mention, i threw on an hondata IMG while i was hooking everything up, would that be causing an engine grounding issue since the gasket is plastic?

engine is stock, no aftermarket wires, or coils, since im not shooting to push my engine more than it can handle. battery is in stock location.

by timing cover ground, you mean the one the bolts to the motormount on the passenger side?

Use a choker coil...(the little oval things on the USB cables that usually loops once or twice around it.) I installed a pretty big one, (about the size of an ice cube, looped the cable 3 times around it, and its worked great since.

ask a guy named J D M on ephatch to use his kal...you'll just have to make a view misc changes I guess since you have the base rsx...like the intake manifold option. I can't remember the exact thing, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about...if you don't, it'll throw a cel.

I have looked at the Calibrations that the K-Manager comes with and I see everything but a Turbo'd K20A3 RSX Base Calibration to work off.

Is it safe for me to work off the Civic SI K20A3: Greddy 550cc or Revhard 550cc Calibrations?

Or if Hondata has made a Base Kal. to work off in ...
