Re: fuel trims and canadian gas
Just an update. I reflashed the same 91 octane tune but switched to no ethanol in fueling rather than up to 10%. My fuel trims are now almost perfect. Long term trim sitting at around 0% to -1%. I’m not sure why there was such a huge difference but that is fixed my fuel trim problem.

fuel trims and canadian gas
Can someone take a look at this datalog please. My Long term fuel trim is sitting around -8 to -10% and I'm running Chevron 94 which is ethanol free. I noticed in flashpro options under gas there is an option for US 91 no ethanol. Should I check that box instead of the 91 with 10% ethanol? Ive heard ...

Re: 2019 Hondata Mobile for Head Unit - Knock Count
Ignore the previous post. Researched about it and now understand how different the Bosch ecu is compared to the l15 Honda ecus I’m familiar with.

Re: 2019 Hondata Mobile for Head Unit - Knock Count
Is there a way to monitor knock control for the fk8 though the head unit? Or is data logging then going on a laptop the only way?

Re: What should Long term trim be at
Okay so shouldn’t be an issue then? I only reflash when an update is available. So reflashing daily to keep it down won’t be happening. So should I just ignore it or should I be getting it tuned?

What should Long term trim be at
I have a 17 sport hatch with the 1.5t and have been running the +9 flash for over a year now and over that time I have been slowly learning more things about engines and tunes. So I have noticed my long term trim has been ranging from -8 to -11% for the last 6 months as I have been paying more ...

Re: ECU code and miss shifts
So compression test came back, 195 all cylinders. I also got them to check the ecu to see if it stored a code and it did not.

Re: ECU code and miss shifts
Is there any precautions I should take from here on out besides not money shifting. I will be flashing back to stock for the next little bit to hopefully take some stress off the engine for a bit.

ECU code and miss shifts
Well today I money shifted from 4th gear to 3rd and caught the revs at 8k rpms. I didn’t have my flashpro plugged in at the time to data log the situation but when I got home I plugged it in and checked through the mobile app to see if any codes were thrown and to my surprise it didn’t show any ...
