Honda torque modeling in their turbo keihin ecus is half-baked

You need to really measure it on dyno to know how much torque it's limiting if you want to tune based on torque limiter.

Or you can just max out torque limiter (and other parameters if you are doing manual reflash) and rely on pressure ...
