Disconnecting R136 and R138 resolved the issue. My AF was richer than 12:1 and because of those resistors the voltage from the PLX could never go lower then 1V. So for any AF values below 12:1 it would just record 12:1 resulting in the flat line.

Do those resistors affect anything else?

I suggest removing R136 and R138 (for US ECUs). There resistors bias the ELD input and some widebands don't output enough current to give an accurate voltage reading in the ECU.

You're right, the question should be for the PLX folks. If I derive the AF from the ELD values the AF curve looks a bit more similar with the curve from my last dyno tune. the .15V of difference in the formula is pretty considerable and I might not be running as rich as I thought I was....

actually I found this on the PLXDevices forum

A/F=2*V+10 where V is the ELD voltage value, but the interesting thing is that when Lambda is 1 the ELD voltage could be anywhere between 2.58 and 2.66. Seems that the ELD voltage that will produce 14.7 based on the above formula is 2.35V.

you could use the formulas the attached file adds to your Excel to interpolate, but not sure how it'd work in your case since your trying to come up with values that are out of your current map range. Interpolation will need values from the sorrounding cells if you will... but you could give this a ...

It does fill on all the columns, but at least the VSS column seems wrong in my case. It shows I did 143 in 3rd gear at 7K... DAMN I'M FAST!!!! the actual sensor screen says 89mph. Also would be nice if we got AF values instead of the Lambda values, or maybe this should reflect the settings, that way ...

I know there's a prelude map included in the SManager, but it's for a H22A4 with bigger injectors. So does anyone have a map I could use for a H22A1.

I see that Maximum MAP for closed loop in the Prelude basemap is 780 mbar. This is for the H22A4 with 310cc injectors. Should this value be the same for the H22A1 with 345cc injectors? Do you guys by any chance have a basemap for the H22A1?

OK so it seems that as long as the Stock injector size = Current Injector size the Duty Cycle % table values stay the same. I entered in there 180 / 180 and the duty cycle stayed the same.
