Today I modified the k-tuned V1 tps to have some manual adjustment. Basically I just drilled the fastening holes as much as I could. I got the minimum TPS down from 11.4% to 9.1% but it didn't seem to make any difference.
I think you have the same problem that i had. Does your car go into a sort ...

Re: TPS or tuning problem
A minimum of 11.4% indicates that the TPS is not aligned correctly. The wiper is probably near the end of the resistive track and the reading not consistent.
Well that means that either the k-tuned TPS or the skunk2 TB is badly designed or the combination of the two isn't compatible. Neither is ...

Re: TPS or tuning problem
The ECU only has 1% resolution with the TPS, but it is possible that your TPS is non linear at low openings. Reset the calibration and see if it changes, otherwise the next step is to try another TPS.

TPS or tuning problem
ITR DC5, PRB kpro, kmanager 3.2.4. S2 70mm TB, K-Tuned V1 TPS, RDX 410cc injectors.
The problem is the 0-3% TPS area. It seems to be "missing". Driving in traffic with very light throttle is a real pain.
I'm trying to figure out if this could be a tuning problem or if it's a TPS / TB problem.

K-manager - corrupted files after multiple datalogging
I have just started tuning my k-pro, using the latest k-manager.
I get corrupted files everytime I take multiple datalogs without saving them. (like "F9" -> drive -> "F9" -> tune -> upload -> "F9" -> drive -> etc.). Everythings fine until I try to open the newly tuned calibration again. It will ...
