The o2 is taking a long time to heat up. Check all wiring connectors between the ECU and primary o2 sensor for corrosion (especially under the car), otherwise it could be the o2 sensor.

I see, I don't understand it taking a long time to heat up? When the engine is cold I don't get the error ...

Okay, Let's try this again. Here's a more concise datalog w/ the error. Thank you for your patients. As mentioned before it seems to be getting worse? Maybe we need to look at this problem from a different angle perhaps?

Yeah, I noticed that as well, however the CEL came on around 2:35.835 in the datalog? How is that possible ?

I will try another datalog to see what going on.

portman - good looking tune - agreesive cam angle. what's the peak hp with this kal?

LOL, thanks, I owe it to Doug really, he gave me a short tune when he came to Montreal. It still needs some work, will try to go back to the dyno sometime this summer to work on my mid range etc. My tune peaked ...

Your o2 resistance was 54 ohms at the error point. I'll raise the threshold (again) for the next release.

Thanks again!!
How were you able to compute the o2 resistance at the error point? I'm aware of the Formula for calc. Resistance= V/I, from the original equation, V=IR. How, where and what ...

Okay here's my 2 kdl files, and my Kal. Just to recap, this problem seems to persist and occur, when the car has been on previously and I restart the car, say 10-15 minutes later. BOOM CEL!!! after the 90 sec. threshold. Hopefully my .kdl file names will reflect appropriate circumstances? Pls assist ...

port-man, just turn all the sensor shit off (OBDII, P0134, P1167) that's why the options are there... i never get CEL's!

The only prob, is that I wouldn't know my A/F. With it turned off I'm assuming I would be in open loop all the time, reading off of my fuel tables instead of relying on my O2 ...

Is there a cat? Have you disable OBDII? What exact error code do you get?

Ummm? Cat? I'm just a bit puzzled as to the question, I run w/ a Toda race header, which doesn't come w/ a Cat, the error code is the same error code (P0134 DTC) some of us have been getting which is why the threshold has ...

I've noticed since I've downloaded ver. 13, (Increased o2 sensor internal resistance error threshold from 40 to 50 ohms (P0134 DTC)), I'm still getting a CEL after the 90 seconds. Here's the scenario, It comes on when I've driven the car, after, I would leave it for a couple of hrs, where when I ...
