ECU for JDM H22A vtec?

Hi. I have a 92 prelude si.
It was originally an auto trans with US H23 non-vtec engine. ECU was P14.

We did a tranny swap to 5sp manual (97-00 accord) and an engine swap to an H22A JDM vtec.

We were told that the correct ECU to be using with the JDM vtec was P13 but we are having a bunch of ...
