@Hondata, i bought your flashpro from your dealer,they said i must send data, now you said will not guarantee.. so what must i do?.. i don't want my flashpro become useless item

Hi, i have bought hondata flashpro for civic turbo 2016, ecu 5ag-p71 ,i also read the ecu and was send the data to Hondata about 2 weeks ago,would you please to make support for that?
