You would need to get the immobilizer matched to the new ECU, so the vehicle would not run off both ECUs at the same time. Otherwise it would work.
My question as always is why? There's no real advantage from just jailbreaking and reflashing the original ECU.

Can I purchase a new USDM ECU from the dealer, jail break it for FlashPro, and keep my original factory ECU intact?

B16A with TODA stroker kit
I'm currently running a USDM CRX Si 1991 with JDM B16A (1st gen), P30 ECU, OBD0 to OBD1 conversion. I'm considering using the TODA stroker kit (Part Num: 13000-B16-001) to increase the displacement to 1820 cc. Is it possible to manage the engine with the S300 Hondata. If so what do I have to do?
