If I don't have a vacuum leak what should I do next? Do you think it's possible that the magnet controller is bad?

I covered the port with my fingers and the engine stalls.

I have just completed my JDM ITR swap, but I have encountered an idle problem that I haven't been able to resolve. This is a stock K20a with an RBC intake manifold. I'm using the ITR cal from Kpro.
