acquired new virgin p28 ecu over the weekend and ordered a new capacitor kit as well as new install kit. also invested in a hondata socket tester as well while i was at it. spent around 5 hours soldering in the new capacitors and hondata s300v3 adaptors to the p28 and tested the ecu to find ...

double and triple checked that as well. the lights turn on when ignition is turned on and when coaxial cable is plugged it. and im using the cable that was provided with the s300v3.

yes it is. i pulled it apart last night just to verify i did that at time of install.

Just ordered a obd1 socket tester to see if it's an issue with the ecu. But could it still be a setting that's messed up? When I hit live data, it shows ECT and IAT to be 302F
