Check the O2 wires on your harness. I had the same problem...found out that the wires were crossed. AF reads fine after the wires were fixed.

Will the primary O2 sensor be utilized at all under closed loop, because my O2 sensor is messed up. The AF is reading 28:1 under open loop and 38:1 under closed loop. If I run closed loop it wouldn't matter what the AF is reading right?

For NA K20A2...which mode is safer to run as a daily driven car (open or closed loop)?

I'm not sure if my primary O2 is bad or not, but when the car is idling the AF reads 38:1 in closed loop and 28:1 in open loop. Even at WOT it doesn't go lower than 20:1. K20A2 to EG Swap: Does anyone have wiring diagrams for the under dash harness and or harness going into the cluster for a 93 EG? or Knows which pins from the stock ecu harness that controls the cluster?

Thanks I have the software...just curious if I disable OBD2 functions will give out better performance.

What about the EVAP system? So you still have it hooked up on your swap?
