You don't need different maps for different boost levels as long as the car is tuned at each boost level. If you wish to change to a higher octane fuel then use the same calibration but use a nitrous setting to add ignition advance / alter fuel when the nitrous is activated.

I want to be able to switch from low to high boost settings and vice versa on a turbo setup and don't want to lug my laptop around all the time when going to races, so I was wondering if some sort of remote map selector switch can be made to ...

Just wondering, will the TSX reflash also work on the Accord 4 cylinder motor? Besides the higher compression ratio, head, and some other things, they're both K24 motors.
