You are right I fond out what it was, my kill switch hooked up to the fuel pump went bad but it got stuck on the on position, so it worked but somehow was causing the sporadic lean mixtures. Replaced the switch and works fine, Thanks.

Car goes lean suddently

I have the updated version of Rom Editor and ran my car for about 3 months with no problems with the S200, today while driving the car would suddently lean out and bog, two times it turned off on me one at about 60mph and another at idle. I thought maybe the Rom chip went bad so I changed it and it ...

Removed a vacuum line and it idled high = No vacuum leak.
Disconnected sensors one at a time, they made changes but did not remove problem = Sensors are good.
Took out ROM and made it go into limp mode - Idled fine, just rich = Tuning problem.

Had messed with fuel but not timing so I retarded the ...

I just came back from storage I have to drive like 30min to get to my car and gas is EXPENSIVE right now so I have to figure this out quick. I did that about the O2 sensor I disconnected it and saw that HondaLogger was reading 15.7 while the gauge displayed 14.7 it was .34 off so I added .34 to all ...

The best way to make sure the wideband matches the datalog is turn the key "on" have your wideband on but have the o2 for it unplugged

Unplug the signal wire or the actual sensor?

You must make sure if your using a wideband input to the ecu that you have it set that way on your chip.

Where do ...

I have it on open loop, but tried closed and the same happens.

How do you know what input from the O2 the computer is seeing? RomEditor is seeing wideband but I dont know if the numbers match exactly with the W.B gauge because I can't keep it on long enough to check.

It's a D16Z6 with stock ...

Very Very Lean at Idle

Just built my motor and started it for the first couple of times but can't keep it running for no more than 10 seconds because it Leans out so much the wideband can't read the AFR nomore. It starts at about 12.9 then in about 3 seconds it goes to 17.0 then it stops reading. Added more fuel to the ...

Jumper J12

I received my ECU socketed from Hondata and jumper J12 does not appear to be cut, what is the purpose of cutting it? and would it work fine if it is not cut? because I read that it's just a suggestion. Thanks.

Also I have the Keyspan USB PDA serial adapter I saw this with the Romulator but do not have the Romulator, I figured I can ...
