Yesterday I sent another email to kseriesparts.com and even called them. I explained the situation and was told by whoever answered the phone that someone would eventually reply to my email. Really terrible experience so far and I hope I can get this sorted out soon.

Brand new Flashpro no Bluetooth?
I purchased a brand new Flashpro from kseriesparts.com and received it on 12/23/2016. The back of the FP case has Bluetooth on it. FP Manager displays [Bluetooth Present: No]. Tried version 2.4.9 and version 2.5.7 with the same result. What's the deal? Defective? Really old stock? Please help. So ...
