Hondata

I'm have a obd2b and when stock ecu is plugged in it idles fine but when I put in hondata I get an iac code I tried plugging the black/blue wire straight to the ecu but still get iac code and my car was an automatic and switched it to manual don't know if that matters

is there anything special I need to do for a s300 to work in my car other then a obd2 b harness im getting a red flashing light along with a green one and cant get my idle to move or do anything idles at 2500

Needing a base map for f22b1 86mm 9.1 compression everything else is stock tried using h22a tuned and just change injector size but can't get it to idle right idles at 2500 no matter what I do does move or change so need a base to see if that's my problem or if someone can help me with fixing my ...
