just so us full race guys can run spring pressure



avcr users and profec users can run spring pressure fine with out creep or boost loss across the rpm range

you can start the car cold and hold the throttle down to 3k untill the car warms up and/or the fan kicks on


from there let go and have the car idle for about 5min


thats textbook idle learn procedure from the honda tech's down the road from me

okay i have a 2003 ep3 with a full type-s swap and im running the type-s greddy kit
(yes the type-s one the piping runs differently and is a bit wider than the puny ep kit)

well any way here is the deal i upgraded the injectors to 750's
and im using the 650 tune with the injector trim set to 750cc ...

okay here it goes i had a motor swap done a couple weeks ago
the motor was running flwlessly with the exception of an exhaust leak


so this weekend i decided to bolt back up the trubo kit (greddy)
after initial startup i tookit out for a drive after i felt that everything was good i got on it ...

lemme guess does it happen at around 7k while flooring it throught the first 3 gears?

my guess would be are you using the right spark plugs? i just ordered some denso ik24's i still have the stock ep plugs in the car so i think it is a firing issue

i have the opurtunity to buy a 06 type -s swap with only 500 miles on it

i drive an 03 si with a greddy turbo kit and kpro

and i was looking for a k20a2 and stumbled across this z1 swap

my question is the motor compatible with the 02-04 rsx/ep3 wiring on the engine side?
i know the newer rsx's ...

cut the wire same thing shows up after three trips

i have done this on kpro version 1-2-1-1 (the one with the odb bug)
i get the code wether it is disabled or enabled
odb2 and the two o2sensor blocks
and with earlier versions i dont get this code i think unless i leave everything enabled

i have noticed with the things disabled for obd2 and the o2 sensors
in older versions ltrim doenst respond at all and a af gauge wouldnt work (it would peg out)

now with the new version and same parameters disabled everything works now l trim and my af guage

is this a bug or was it redesinged to ...

i hooked up the gm solenoid to b21 on the ecu (as per instructions)
after driving for a couple times i now get the p1457 error code on my return trip home
even after restetting it
so i looked in the ep3 service manuall and (pdf format) and searched for the code
one of the tests for the evap cansiter ...

so setting the scalar like this will make me have 4 bar capabilites?
or just a converted (sorta) 3 bar?

the greddy saya it only reads to 43 psi (wouldnt that be a 3 bar then)

it is just the voltage that is wrong and from what you told me there is a possibility that i can adjust the voltage so that the ecu will see this the same as the ones you recomend (just it would be too much trouble figuring it ...

so now my question is since this is a 4bar map sensor will the voltage be different comparing the two at the same boost level?
