I was always under the impression that when it did work, it was for a short period of time. Didn't know it worked for months at a time. But, it killed a new compressor I just put in it, and i've got a 3rd about to go in, don't want it to do the same to this one, so I just want to verify the wiring ...

It's been a hassle, even with being local, no one seems to remember how they did the A/C, as it was second to getting the actual swap done.

I'm just asking if any of the K series ECU's use B11 for anything. If the ECU is null at B11, then I can go from there.

It's a 1995 Accord LX, PND ECU with K Pro, the harness is Hasport's. This is the car they used to create the mounts for the Accord K swap. They tried putting A/C in the car prior to Hondata releasing the VTP as an alternate AC switch. Been trying to undo what they did with the a/c so i can wire it ...

In the wiring diagrams I have found for B11 it shows as an empty pin. Is the ECU capable to send/recieve any type of signal on this pin? Trying to figure out some of the wiring in my car, everything else makes sense except this one pin.

Ok, I think I got it.

On the Accord:
ACC goes to A15
Fan Control goes to A12
ACS goes to B5

RSX wire harness:
ACC goes to E18
FANC goes to B6

I believe all I have to do is this:
ACC 15 --> ACC E18 on K harness
FANC A12 --> FANC B6 on K harness
ACS B5 --> VTP B9 on K harness


Then set the correct ...

I've got the wiring for my car (1995 Accord), I see the pin outs for the FANH, ACS and ACC, do I need to do anything with the ACC and FANH wires, or do those work in conjuction with the ACS?

The short answer is to connect ACS (from the vehicle harness) to VTP on the ECU.

When VTP (pin B9) is grounded the AC clutch will be switched on by the ECU. Note that you can't just ground B9 with a switch - the normal AC high/low pressure control, temperature control and fan control must be used ...

Just looking for any information on how to wire in the A/C compressor clutch in a swapped car. I know there is the option in K Pro to use the VTEC oil pressure switch as an alternate signal for the a/c clutch.

I noticed that knock count as well, but if you look throughout that datalog, no knocks occured during that time. So I don't know, does the ECU remember knocks? All my knocks happen down low in the RPM range, no matter how much ignition had been pulled ...
