I will wait patiently, kinda seems weird that noone else has complained of this issue, atleast that I've seen.

thank you

I 've come to the conclusion that using a modified type-s kal on a civic a3 is not an option at this time because comparing 2 identical calibrations. one being a modified type-s and the other civic si tuned high octane, the modified a2 kal seems to be bogging down throughout the rev range compared ...

I've been messing with the kal this morning and after some tuning I've pulled a run through the gears all the way to 129mph and the afcmd did not drop from the normal 12.46 and my af stayed nice and flat. This was not possible with the civic si tuned high octane kal because once I hit 100mph in 4th ...

cool, here is the cal after update 1.2.0.1

question though have you addressed the afcmd affecting open loop in the civic calibrations? Hence the main reason I wanted to create this cal from the type-s since that issue has been taken care of long ago

OK I ran into a problem with this, I adjusted all the rpms in tables and saved it but when I reopen the cal after closing kmanager the rpms go back to original.

does this mean you cannot save the rpm changes you make?

type-s features with a civic si

I made this calibration from a type-s cal but adjusted all of the tables to match the civic si tuned high octane BUT I haven't tried it yet so you might not want to.

I did this to see if I could because there are a few features that are available in the type-s cal but disabled on the civic cal.

Ok I tried something else, I loaded up the civic si greddy 550cc kal and datalogged and adjust the fuel a little and then did this run. The af is fine till I hit 100 and then it drops like a rock.

could I possibly need to update the firmware?

would it be possible on one of the future updates to add a feature that you could simply click a button to adjust the fuel table to what is suggested after a datalog instead of having to go through and do it manually.

also, is it possible to have a feature that could calculate your mpg instant and ...

I'm thinking that maybe the problem right there way too rich

I ran it tonight with the 75 shot 4deg retard 500 fuel and the bottle was at 650psi and I only logged 1 knock but I've made a few adjustments a few days ago to the fuel table after datalogging and seeing I was way to rich. I also trimmed ...

I checked my valve lash about 10k ago and it was well within spec

the thing that bothers me the most is I ran the same setup last weekend with the 75hp jet starting with 4 deg. and 1200 fuel and gradually leaning it to 700 fuel before having a single knock but the bottle pressure was always below ...

calibration added to first post.

edit I was wrong, this is the cal. I used for that datalog.

the first cal I put up was the one I used at first and saw the heavy knocking so I thought it might be safer to use the factory cal which is this one but same result

I am running nitrous and I'm concerned

this datalog was the result of 02 ep3 w/550cc injectors, civic si tuned high octane calibration with unmodified fuel trim or tables. I don't remember the exact retard or fuel enrichment settings but they were between 5 and 10 degrees retard and 1000 to 1800 fuel enrichment ( I kept increasing the ...
