I checked the under hood relays and swapped over the radiator fan relay on both AC related ones with no change.
I guess it was just dumb luck to have happened during my datalog.

I suspect compressor clutch gave up...I hear something that sounds like a shitty bearing when I engage ...

Oh, and I DID return to stock and drove the car, with no change. Couldn't the tune preventing AC clutch from coming on when I turn on my AC have caused an issue with the compressor/clutch itself?
