If you are not uploading with the ECU plugged in and the key in the on position then you are not uploading to the ECU and that is why you are having all the problems you are describing. That is just the stored calibration you are seeing, not the one the vehicle is running from.

So how has my car been running then? I'm confused now lol. So by doing it the way I am, nothing is getting accomplished? If I plug the ecu into my computer and download the calibration off of it, the settings are exactly as I uploaded them which lead me to think that the changes I made were doing ...
