Thanks for the help Spunkster, for some odd reason after I sent that message I was able to go out and get the Calibration to work without interruptions. So odd xD

Initially I tried to reflash it without a laptop like I usually do and the program light this time would only stay on for 10-15 seconds and when I plugged it into my laptop when I got back in I got the error message that said something along the lines of "Check WEN upload has failed" or something ...

Driver:Green, Flashpro:Green, OBDII: Red, ECU: Red.

I've tried looking at the connections on the Flashpro to see if it's bent in any way and they all look good, I've also tried re-plugging it several times and still not reading.
