Hondata

I followed this guide. but also useless. I try to uninstalI the 2.3.7 and install back 2.3.5. It is okay now, seen to be no problem when using 2.3.5

I didnt use my Hondata couple of month, until now i use it back, I realized cant connect to computer. It wrote code 10, but i try so many times manual install the device, still cant use.

Help....How What can i do
