For my AEM, i put the red on 12v, Black on ground, and white into the ECU (white wire (AN0) on the S300 card).

When tuning is done, and i want to run in closed loop, in "Closed loop advanced menu", i must to put "D10 ELD". So if i understand, i must also connected the white wire of my AEM to D10 ...
