This is the datalog for the car. can you tell me whats wrong spunkster?

Is my fuel trim in my tables low for low speed fuel. Or do I have to add to the tip in fuel?
The car runs fine when I step on the gas really slow and the full throttle but if I tap it real quick it leans out on me.

I Got my Type R tuned and it was running fine. I had it parked for a while now I turn it on and it turns on fine but as soon as I touch the gas it leans out and stalls. Also does not go pass 3k rpm. Could it be the TPS? I reset it the computer by disconnecting the negative to clear any codes and ...
