Hondata

im having this problem of not being able to pull my CEL code. i've talked to 2 different hondata dealers and they said opposite things. ones says i should be able to pull codes myself with the jumper, and the other says i CANT and i need to use a s200/s300 to pull it with datalogging.

can any of ...

i've read around in hondata.com but still dont know how everything works. i want to learn what i need to tune my car myself, how to actually tune it, how hondata s200 and all the hardware/software works, and what not to do. can someone direct me?
