Re: F20C Comptech supercharger tune
I bought the 1600cc for using e85 at 20-25psi on a f20c. I'm also using an aem e85 320lph pump with that. Is this too overkill if I run 92/94oct 80% of the time?

Re: F20C Comptech supercharger tune
Are the deadtimes something I can change or would I just bring it back to the tuner?
Also I noticed the "Injector Size" is set to 1500cc but I have 1600cc injectors. Is that something I should be worried about?

Re: F20C Comptech supercharger tune
Deadtimes are set. Its hard to explain, but its not where the idle that's the main issue. When I put my hand by the mufflers, I can feel the motor misfiring. The car also shakes a bit but this all happens ONLY after reaching operating temp. Just not sure if that's mechanical or tune related. Sorry ...

Re: F20C Comptech supercharger tune
I'm using Bosch 1600cc injectors. Tried 2 set of OEM coilpacks but still feels the same. Could it be the sparkplugs?

F20C Comptech supercharger tune
Hi so I have a stock F20 in my s2000 with a Comptech supercharger on. Got a quick street tune done and car runs fine but "feel" like the cars misfire at idle
Ill post up the calibration. Tuner said he noticed something going on with timing.

Re: Crazy AFR fluctuations
It needs to be grounded to the same place as the ECU, which on the S2000 is on the back of the cylinder under the cowl. Otherwise you get a large ground loop and possible voltage offsets. Almost all widebands are not well designed as they shunt all the heater current down the same ground as the ...

Re: Crazy AFR fluctuations
It's grounded with one of the nuts on the steering column under the dash.

Re: Crazy AFR fluctuations
I used an "add a circuit" under the dash that allows you to add another fuse off of for switched power. The wire for the signal going to :Analog 0".

Re: Crazy AFR fluctuations
Checked the gauge again. It's reading 2.75 volts which is too high, it should be reading 2.35 volts. Does that sound alarming enough?

Re: Crazy AFR fluctuations
Nice!
Okay, so the gauge seems to be fine. I ordered some EV6 injector pins and plugs(bosch injectors) to directly crimp them on to the OEM wiring because I'm also getting a heavy fuel odour from outside of the car. Assuming maybe the conversion plugs are faulty.
Edit: repined the connectors but ...

Re: S2000 AC not Working
First turn the key in the on position, turn the fans on max and wiggle the relay side to side to confirm that is the issue. If that's the issue, then proceed below. I would look for another relay or trigger to wire it up to, maybe the ignition relay.

Re: Crazy AFR fluctuations
I see, I'll double check the voltage at the gauge. What do suggest if that doesn't seem to be the fix?
Yeah it's Squamish, BC haha. Are you from Canada?

Re: Crazy AFR fluctuations
Haven't tried that yet but I've ruled out the wideband by using the factory o2 sensors in open loop resulting in the same driveability.Hondata wrote:I'd suggest putting a voltmeter on the wideband output, and see if the voltage is swinging from 0V to 5V. If so, it is the wideband.
