Could I run the intended cai calibration in place of my skunk2 cai?

so I've noticed skunk2 combos aren't very popular. searched in new cals on the program and the closest one to my set up is the sk2 headers and catback. I've seen nothing for a skunk2 cold air, so whats my next move? I attached a datalog I did on the highway. 3rd gear at 2500rpms or so. not sure if ...
