Unfortunately that isn't an option as I don't know anyone else with a Civic or anyone with a D series, should I be seeing particular voltages coming out of the ecu to the sensor and certain voltages back, would it be an idea to just cut the wiring and run it direct to the right ecu pins just to check?

Hello guys, I seem to be having an issue with my map sensor, its a boosted D16, I had a 3 bar map sensor prior which was showing -0.1- -0.2 psi with just ignition on and thrown up a fault code. Hello, can someone tell me if the LSU4.2 sensor requires any voltage offset and the operating voltages versus lambda or if this is just me over thinking everything?!?!

So would it be best to make a map with no boost and then retard the timing in accordance to the boost levels or just build a semi composite map of ignition with a top advance of say 25 degrees?
