So I have to print out the form, fill it out, leave the s300 in the ecu, get a box and send the ecu with the s300 to the said shipping location? Do I just leave the form in the box with the ecu?

Do I have to send my ECU in with the s300? and why does it say only 280? is that only if it doesn't have a bad battery back up RAM?

It is out of warranty. It is still cheaper than the price of a new s300 which is $495.



Is it possible to replace the battery myself? Is there a diagram to point out where it is? I don't have the cash to just throw out on a new s300 If I don't need to. I have an s100 installed in the mean time ...

It sounds like the battery has died. It is not able to be replaced. Your only option would be to upgrade to the newer s300 v3. The cost to do this would be $350 which includes shipping.

Really? This is Hondata's error using a battery back up shouldn't that be a free fix? That's obscured. I paid ...
