Hi, are there any differences between these two ECUs? speedlimit or rpm or what ever^^

Car: Honda Prelude BB1 2,2 VTEC

Installed ECU: P13 3GA (EC-MT)
Spare Part ECU: P13 3J0 (J-MT)

i think my installed ECU is damaged.
P13 ECUs are for every BB1 i think.

3GA and 3J0??
