Bluescreen is from something in kernel mode; FlashProManager runs in user mode so can't bluescreen.
It probably is a kernel mode USB driver. To find out exactly what is the cause you need to do this:
1. Find the minidump and copy it from the windows location to somewhere else, otherwise windows ...

Hi, I'm running FlashPro Manager 1.9.1.0 as of two days ago. Every time I connect my unit via USB, after about 1-3 minutes, my computer will bluescreen and reboot. I have successfully been able to upload a basemap, install basemap to vehicle and upload a datalog but suffered 3 crashes during use. My ...
