Re: Ignition Retard Gear Compensation
Noted. Basically I would like to have more knowledge on the Flashpro Manager. I spend time to read the Flashpro help content and walk through the software itself. I think it would be more satisfying to know what the tuner is doing rather than leave everything to the tuner. Thank You.

Ignition advance
Hi,
May I have some guideline for ignition advancing. My engine had low comp piston - 8.5 CR, forged conrod and tuned with high octane (RON 97). I would like to have some idea how many degree I can advance my ignition to. I know we have to tune it base on where we see knock. Basically I am not very ...

Re: Ignition Retard Gear Compensation
How could I determine the value to retard? Is there and number should I base the retard % on? What would the effect or advantage from retarding the ignition on each gear? Is it possible to see some cracker or popping during gear shift by doing this?

Re: Flat shift on CRZ
Is there any update on flat shift. With most performance car come out with dual clutch manual/auto box and many of other tuning device offering this feature in their product for manual car, it is quite frustrating not to have that with Hondata. As I know it is available on some model. Hope it is a ...

Re: Boost cut?
My current setup is having the AFM before turbo and flowing the BOV back to compressor inlet (after AFM). So i am on the correct side. Thank You. My last visit to tuner shop, they mention to me that I need to have it after intercooler as the AFM need to read the air temp going into engine. That make ...

Re: Ignition compensation by gear
Understood. So is there a way we can retard ignition during shifting? It would be cool to have a bang during shifting and helping to reduce some lag.

Ignition compensation by gear
I like to know better about this feature. Does it mean to adjust ignition while shifting? Like to retard the ignition to have the exhaust crackle or antilag in turbo setup? If then, what is the ideal value to retard the ignition?

Re: Boost cut?
The AFM, should it be locate before turbo or after intercooler (before throttle)? The temperature between these 2 location most probably different.
