No prob, for the best performance get it dyno tuned, this way everything down to the are which you live in will be fine tuned to your motor :)

The injectors RC uses are turned down smaller with a lathe. I had them do this to a set of mine before so they would fit in the rail. When RC buys them, they machine them pending the application they are going in. Does the bottom look like they may have been turned down or no? This will tell you ...

trying to figure out why I have a skip at high rpms with a stock tune the car runs fine but when I put in other tunes that work on other cars I get a skip any ideas would be welcome thanks

Did it launch once you closed out of the error message and tried to load it from the Start Menu/Desktop Icon?

Windows 8 is a tough OS, but it may run via Compatibility mode. May want to try turning off User Account Control as well.
IMHO I would go to Windows 7 on the machine so long as there is driver support. If you have Windows 8 Pro, it's free, if you have the basic one, its $100 for a "downgrade ...
