Hondata

Sorry to sound like a a bit off a noob, but how do i read the total timing on my hondata ignition map? like on my high speed map at 8000 rpm 16 psi boost the number is say 20* so would that be my total timing?

I don't suppose anyone has a basemap for a b18c with id1000's? Having a hard time getting it running right.
