Should I use an RSX ECU or RSX Type S ECU? What are the differences? Do they both use the same engine harness?

You need a KPro with the 02-04 RSX harness & o2 sensor. You will need to change the transmission case to an 02-04 so that you can use the low frequency speed sensor.

What do you mean by anti-lag? Full throttle shift works well with turbos, but the rally style anti lag which adds fual and retards ...

So I am swapping a K24a2 from an '08 TSX into my Lotus. I am using a throttle body from an RSX, engine harness from an RSX, and a 6spd trans from an '08 Civic Si. I have yet to buy an ECU because I am unsure of which one I should get and still be able to use Kpro to it's full extent.
