does hondata offer a trade in for upgrade service?

I have a 2008 civic si and was wondering if i trade up to a 2013 or 2014 si can i still use the same flashpro as long as i unlock it from the 2008 first?

Will the chip that was made for my P28 hondata ECU work in a P72 ECU?
reason im asking is the P28 went bad and I wanna upgrade to the P72 I think its a much better choice if I have to buy a new ECU.
also can I just solder the OBD2 adapter from the P28 on to the P72 and not have to use a adapter ...

If I send you a virgin US P28 can you make it work with the IAB VTEC KNOCK and be hondata compatable? or better yet just tell me what I need to do to get it all working right, cus I can socket it and I will need to add my OBD2 to OBD1 conversion board anyway.

Dude I read all the problems your haveing and I can totally relate I haven't been able to drive my integ for weeks cus my hondata ECU blew up for some unknown reason, its not a problem with the car cus my stock ECU runs it with no CEL but it just runs too damn rich without the proper mapping I had ...

it looks like the best JDM ECU to use would be the P72J because it has VTEC IAB and KNOCK ?? AM I CORRECT?

on the applications chart for the S200 it lists the P72 ECU - The 96 integra GSR has P72 ECU can it be socketed and used with the chip or is it different? the 96 is OBD2 so do I need a P72 from a 94 or 95 GSR?
or are they the same? its confusing when the number is the same.

sucks to pay $450 bucks and only have it last 7 months
Its not a engine swap its just a GSR with JRSC the wiring is all good the sensors are now replaced and still messed up.
Im gonna try getting it fixed from this place that repairs and builds ECU's

So I don't get a reply on any further questions?

ok im a dummy I forgot about the com setting in the software, took me a while to find where it is but now im connected.
The weird thing is there is no code for the check engine light, i click on the codes window and its empty?? but in the sensor info section for check engine light says (on) so why ...

the keyspan says its at idle while trying to connect I even purchased a new keyspan serial adapter deleted old driver installed new driver and reset the FIFO buffer off and rechecked with a new serial cable also stil no connection. the software just stays on connecting forever.

another point i should add to this is the check engine light was not on untill after i tried to connect the hondalogger to the system to check id the tps had a dead spot in it because when at cruise on the freeway at about 75 mph the airfuel guage would go lean and if i moved the throttle slightly ...

the light on the S200 interface box is solid. the light on the keyspan just blinks normally.
