hello, i am from Germany, i have a Kpro v3, my serial is above 9999. How can i upgrade to the 4th Kpro and how much does it cost?

Hello, i bought a few month ago a car with kpro v3. first the launch control didn't work and now, if i upload an calibration it's too rich. Afr abott 9,5..

I tried to clear the ecu, but it's still the same. :-(
What can it be?
