i was able to get in....i tried logging in through the home computer and it worked...thank you for responding...but is there any reason why it didnt work through my laptop?

I put a security code and I don't remember it. I'm trying to retrieve the passcode but it keeps saying error problem sending password.
I haven't registered the flashpro yet, I tried to register but it keeps saying an error has occurred ...

does the antivirus prevent the registering of the flashpro?
