I checked out all the wiring, but its all ok. Changed O2s, ran a new wire for the heater wire, no go. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes, and it comes back after 2 seconds after starting the car up.

Oxygen Heater, Code 41

I recently had my car partial load tuned and for some reason it started to throw a code 41, O2 heater. I thought it was just a bad O2 sensor, but I replaced it with 2 known good ones but it hasn't gone away. My tuner had to diable the O2 heater so it won't throw the code. When the tuner hooked up ...
