one more question why do have to cut jumper j12 what does that do?

ok i know i can use a obdI ecu but heres the problem my jdm eng doesn't use things such as a vtec oil press switch, only uses one o2 sensor and yes it obdII, seems like i'm missing something else. but any how you get the idea. so can hondata get rid of this stuff if i get a ecu that looks for those ...
