Are there any error codes that pop up on your s300, sometimes it's not necessary a vacuum leak, double check all your vacuum connections. I had an issue like this before, turns out whoever owned my car last had the evap vacuum lines all mismatched, had to follow the vacuum diagram to fix it.

First off, check if your software is up to date. Head to hondata.com and download the newest version. I believe its 2.25 right now.
